2 Child Protective Services Employees on Leave After Kidnapped Baby Found Safe

NBC 7 Investigates reporter Mari Payton heard from a spokesperson with San Diego County who says that two employees involved in the incident have been placed on administrative leave and that the county is still investigating the kidnapping.
