Slain SDPD Officer Was 16-Year Veteran, Awarded Purple Heart

The slain officer in the Southcrest police shooting, Jonathan De Guzman, was a 16-year San Diego police veteran. He was once awarded a Purple Heart. NBC 7’s Mari Payton has more information.
