Man Surrenders After I-5 Standoff

A chase turned into a standoff near the San Onofre-San Clemente area Thursday night, shutting down both directions of Interstate 5. Orange police officers say the driver is the boyfriend and person of interest of in the disappearance of 31-year old Shazmer Limas. NBC 7’s Danya Bacchus explains.
