Man Says He Was Beaten by San Jose Police

A 23-year-old San Diego man said he was questioning San Jose police about detaining his friend outside a nightclub when he was suddenly thrown to the ground then beaten with batons. He’s filed a formal complaint against police, as NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
