Man Pleads Not Guilty in Fatal Hit and Run

On Monday, Christopher Stockmeyer, 41, pleaded not guilty to four felony counts in the death of Rachel Morrison, 27. Authorities say Stockmeyer was drunk when he struck and killed the UCSD student last week. As NBC 7’s Diana Guevara reports, it was an emotional day in court.
