Man Hospitalized, Suspect Arrested After Shooting in Bay Park

A man was hospitalized in serious condition after an argument with another man in Bay Park escalated into a shooting. Police arrested an 18-year-old man suspected of shooting the victim. NBC 7’s Gaby Rodriguez reports.
