Man Denies Coming On to Students, Putting Feet in Mouth

A strange case in the North County has students on high alert. School police say a man is inappropriately coming on to female students at Cal State University San Marcos and Palomar Community College. They accuse Charles Ofoedu of touching the students, giving them massages and even putting their feet in his mouth. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen spoke to that man and has more.
