Man Accused of Torturing and Assaulting Woman

The man police say tortured and raped a woman inside his Rancho Peñasquitos home appeared in court today. Seyed Hassan Kaboli pleaded not guilty at his arraignment this afternoon. NBC 7’s Alex Presha has more.
