Local Mentoring Program Awarded Grant from NBC Universal Foundation

A new NBC initiative called “21st Century Solutions” just awarded $100,000 to three non-profit organizations finding innovative ways to make a difference in the community. One of those organizations is Step Up, a local mentoring program for at-risk kids in elementary through high school. NBC 7’s Greg Bledsoe reports on the work Step Up is doing for local children.
