Port to Decide on Anthony's Replacement

The Port of San Diego is trying to decide which restaurant group will take over the prime space along the Embarcadero that houses San Diego’s iconic Anthony’s Fish Grotto. The main contender is the Brigantine with an elaborate dining concept that will rejuvenate the waterfront area. Liz Bryant reports.
