DUI Suspect Misses Freeway Ramp, Crashes

A DUI suspect who tried to get onto Interstate 8 at Jackson Drive in La Mesa overnight completely missed the freeway ramp and, instead, drove up a hill and crashed through a fence, winding up in the parking lot of a business. A witness said the driver then argued with police. NBC 7’s Liz Bryant reports.
