DA Investigator, Dog Hit by Bullets in Shooting Near Skyline

A dog and an investigator with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office were struck by gunfire Wednesday when a DA investigator fired his weapon outside a home near Skyline. NBC 7’s Liz Bryant reports.
