San Diego School's Rain Barrel to Benefit From Heavy Rainfall

The average rain barrel at home is 200 gallons, but the San Diego Cooperative School’s barrel can fit more than a thousand gallons of rain – and is used for much more than watering plants. NBC 7’s Liz Bryant has the story.
