Ambitious Project Proposed for Little Italy

A large-scale development project has been proposed for San Diego’s Little Italy community, one that would vacate a portion of a major street in the area in order to create a spacious public plaza, among other ambitious additions. NBC 7’s Wendy Fry reports.
