Residents Evacuate Lilac Fire in North County

Amid fast-moving flames, residents rushed to evacuate the fire spreading in San Diego’s North County. There is mandatory evacuation in effect for the area west of 395 to Sullivan Middle School, including the school, as crews battle 7-10 acre #LilacFire, burning near I-15 and SR-76.
