Teachers Oppose Measure A

If voters pass Measure A in next month’s election, you could see taxes increase to improve local public transportation. However, some teachers are giving the measure an “F,” saying it doesn’t do enough for students and the environment. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports on both sides.
