Suspect in Deadly Shooting Arrested

Thomas Burke, a man accused of shooting and killing another man on Voltaire Street in the Point Loma Heights community, was arrested in downtown San Diego. Burke was believed to have barricaded himself inside an apartment, leading to a lengthy SWAT standoff.
