Abandoned, Submerged Truck Pulled From Lagoon

Officials pulled an abandoned truck from the Agua Hedionda Lagoon in Carlsbad Wednesday. The vehicle was found submerged in the water, but the driver was nowhere to be found. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
