Families of Fallen SDPD Officers Given Police Cross at Memorial Ceremony

NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala was at the memorial where families of fallen officers received a Police Cross, and Officer Jonathan “JD” De Guzman’s name was added to a memorial shrine outside of the police department.
