Man Gets 10 Years for Homemade Cannon Death

An East County man was sentenced to 10 years in prison after he accidentally killed his girlfriend with a homemade cannon. Her family, as well as the convict, gave emotional testimony at the sentencing, as NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala explains on Sept. 15, 2014.
