DUI Suspect Plows Into Water Line

A DUI suspect was arrested after she slammed her car into a water line in Chula Vista, causing water to gush into the streets and leaving behind a huge mess at Main Street near Interstate 805. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
