Proposal to Ban Short-Term Vacation Rentals

Some community groups and leaders want to ban short-term vacation rentals in parts of San Diego. Some argue that those who rent out properties for less than 30 days often bring unwanted activity to neighborhoods. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
