Is the Coronado Bridge ‘Tube' Possible?

On Thursday, SANDAG will go over a study that proposes the building of a tube on the Coronado Bay Bridge that would give bicyclists and pedestrians a way to safely cross the San Diego landmark. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
