Anaheim Police Shoot Murder Suspect in San Diego

Luke Lampers, a man wanted for murder and kidnapping out of Anaheim, California, was shot by detectives with the Anaheim Police Department in Old Town San Diego on Jan. 19. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
