Chicano Park Driver's Request to be Released to U.S. Navy Denied

A judge denied the request of the U.S. Navy sailor that drove off the Coronado bridge, in a crash that killed four people, to be released to the care of the U.S. Navy. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
