Laser Strike Injures Harbor Police Officers

This is the first time a laser strike has ever happened to officers aboard a Harbor Police boat. On Friday May fourth, Officer Robert Twardy and his partner Officer Jennifer McMaster were patrolling San Diego Bay. Twardy tells NBC 7’s Tony Shin what happened next.
