Lakeside Man Accused of Murder

Lakeside resident Andrew Richard Welch was arrested Wednesday, accused of killing a woman found dead in his home. Neighbors said the woman was Welch’s new wife Tonya. Deputies have not identified the victim. Tony Shin reports.
