La Mesa Teen Accused in Taxi Driver's Death

Demetrius Sissac, 19, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a charge of first-degree murder in the death of cab driver Jalaludin Hamrah. Sidney Sissac the suspect’s uncle said he has not received any information while a neighbor, William Robinson, describes the arrest. Nicole Gonzales reports.
