Watch: Stun Gun Used to Capture Chase Driver in Venice Beach

Officers cautiously approach the suspect who exited the black SUV and appeared to talk with officers before walking in the opposite direction of several patrol cars. One officer armed with what appeared to be a beanbag weapon walked close to the man on the right of the screen while another officer approached him on the left with a stun gun.
