Lockdown Lifted at Morse High School and Fulton Elementary School

Two local schools in San Diego’s Skyline area lifted a lockdown at about noon, after a student reported an armed man near the campuses of Fulton elementary and Morse high school. NBC 7’s Katia Lopez-Hodoyan reports.
