Family Grieves Toddler Killed by Car Parking in Escondido

A mother is distraught with grief after her 18-month-old daughter was fatally struck by a car. The driver was a neighbor in Escondido who did not see the toddler while she was parking. NBC 7’s Katia Lopez-Hodoyan reports.
