New Interlock Device Prevents Drunk Driving in Pilot Program

New devices called interlocks stop vehicles from starting if the driver’s blood alcohol level exceeds the legal limit. A pilot program is requiring drivers convicted of DUIs to install interlocks in their car. NBC 7’s Katia Lopez-Hodoyan reports.
