Job Not Done Yet in Julian Brush Fire

High winds and low humidity means fire danger in much of San Diego County, especially in Julian where a fire sparked up overnight, scorching nearly five acres. Fire crews were still on scene Tuesday afternoon monitoring the area for hot spots. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon has more on the challenges of fighting fires in red flag weather conditions.
