Man on Jet Ski Hurt in Hit-and-Run Crash

Two jet skis collided in the Agua Hedionda Lagoon in Carlsbad, leaving one man hurt and hospitalized. The person on the second jet ski fled the scene of the crash and the case is now considered a hit-and-run. NBC 7’s Omari Fleming reports.
