Details Expected in Crooked Cop Settlement

A news conference is scheduled for Sept. 25, 2014, at 1 p.m. in which details of a settlement between a woman known as Jane Doe and the City of San Diego will be revealed for the first time. According to Jane Doe, former SDPD Officer Anthony Arevalos sexually harassed her while on duty.
