Girlfriend Demands Answers in Jail Death

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department and the County Medical Examiner have acknowledged their roles in failing to notifiy family when an imate died in jail recently. Now loved ones say that’s not enough. These email statements from Sheriff’s Department and the Medical Examiner don’t exactly include any apologies. The victim’s girlfriend is demanding one.
