Driver Sought in Non-Injury Hit-and-Run

National City police are investigating a watery mess after a driver knocked over a hydrant and left the scene Sunday night. Police say they’ve cleaned up the mess and the car has been towed but they’re still searching for a suspect in the incident that took place around 10 p.m.
