Hundreds of Junior Lifeguards Jump off Pier in Ocean Beach

The junior lifeguards did their annual jump off the pier in Ocean Beach, as part of their 4-week training. This is the only time people can legally jump off the pier. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez has more.
