Hospital Arraignment for Man Accused of Killing Bicyclist

Michael Reyes was in the hospital Thursday after police say he hit a bicyclist and slammed into a tree while driving drunk, but NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda reports that he was still arraigned in his hospital room.
