Newest Downtown Hookah Lounge Concerns Residents

One of downtown San Diego’s busiest blocks is getting a new attraction, but some neighbors say smoke and noise, from the Blue Moon Hookah Lounge, will damage their health and property values. NBC 7’s Mari Payton explains how the owner promises to solve those problems.
