Reward Offered for Driver Who Hit Cyclist

San Diego Police and Crime Stoppers are stepping up their efforts to find a hit and run driver responsible for seriously injuring a cyclist. They’ve released this photograph of a truck, similar to the one believed to be involved in the incident where 23-year old Katie Connor suffered a serious head injury. NBC 7’s Artie Ojeda has more.
