Health Officials Report 45 Flu-Related Deaths in San Diego

San Diego County health officials said 45 people, including a 1-year-old baby, have died so far this season from complications stemming from the flu. At this same time last year, there had been five flu-related deaths in the county. NBC 7’s Gaby Rodriguez reports.
