Gun Scare Suspect Handcuffed on Live TV

NBC 7 cameras were rolling as police took 29-year-old Ryan Hammond into custody in Clairemont Thursday. Police say Hammond pointed what appeared to be a rifle at the playground of John Muir School, which was put on lockdown. NBC 7’s Danya Bacchus reports.
