Free Screening of ‘Resilience' Film About Childhood Trauma

Childhood trauma doesn’t go away just because you grow up. On Feb. 21 the San Diego Foundation will host a free screening of a film about this very topic at Chula Vista High School. From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., attendees can watch “Resilience: The Biology of Stress and Science of Hope,” and take part in a symposium. San Diego Foundation CEO Kathlyn Meade shares details with NBC 7’s Whitney Southwick.
