Grandmother Dies in Car Accident

A woman died after a car rolled over a guard rail on Sorrento Valley Boulevard shortly after 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Brandi Powell spoke to Laurie Berman of Caltrans and Steve Toth with the CHP about the workers who came to the rescue of the family members inside the car.
