Citizens Group Suing San Diego County Claiming Thousands of Primary Ballots Were not Counted

The plaintiffs, CitizensOversight.org, say that the San Diego County Registrar of Voters is “actively resisting oversight.” NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison has more on the lawsuit.
