Decrepit Downtown Theatre Site Targeted for Renovation Project

The C Street corridor in San Diego’s downtown Business District is now being referred to as a “Boulevard of Broken Dreams” since the state pulled the plug on redevelopment funding. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison has more on plans to revitalize the area.
