EPA Process Expected to Rollback State's Anti-Pollution Standards

Right now California’s gas efficiency rules apply to 40 percent of the cars sold in the U.S., but that may change under the new administration. The regulations were made years ago to solve pollution and smog in cities including San Diego. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison reports.
