Man Charged for Killing San Diego Policeman in1978 Could Get Parole Hearing

A state parole board is convening a hearing in Chowchilla this afternoon to decide if Jesus Cecena, the man who shot SDPD officer Archie Buggs in Skyline in 1978, will receive another parole hearing. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison has more.
