San Onofre Closure Costs May Get Further Review

A settlement left SDG&E and SoCal Edison ratepayers to pick up $3.3 billion of the $4.7 billion San Onofre nuclear plant closure costs. But as NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison reports, behind-the-scenes maneuvering may mean the utilities will have to take a second look at those financial liabilities.
